Volunteer with us CNA-Italian Australian Services and Welfare Centre Inc. is founded on the values volunteering and community support. We thank you for your interest in supporting our programs for the benefit of the local community. Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, contribute to the
community, help others, and gain experience. CNA-Italian Australian Services relies on volunteers ready to offer their expertise, resources and time to help us deliver much-needed services. From Committee members and professionals, to students, graduates, new migrants, and anyone else who may be interested. Our volunteers are the backbone of the organisation! If you would like to donate your time, we invite you to join our team and make a difference to the lives of so many people in the community. Volunteering Opportunities CNA-Italian Australian Services and Welfare Centre Inc. offers a number of volunteer options: General Office Assistance: Proofreading, data entry, formatting of procedures and polices, administration, group activities, assistance for events, event photography, communications, large direct mail assistance, other. Grant Writing: If you are an experience grant writer or would you like to improve your skills in this area, you could help us with the application process to get funding from government departments, corporations, foundations or trusts to implement programs with the local multicultural communities. Day Care Centre Volunteers: Volunteers assist with participation, involvement and engagement in the fun and social activities. You could bring companionship to the participants attending the day care to assist with break-out group activities, lead exercises, cooking classes, help in meal preparation, discuss news and day's events, entertainment and educational activities.

CNA-Italian Australian Services and Welfare Centre Inc. is renowned for the quality of its services and community engagement and community support. There are many positions within our organisation to suit a variety of skills and personalities. There are careers in Direct client support, Administration, Accounting, Marketing and Team Leader roles. There are also a diverse variety of situations you, as a support worker, can work within. You may work with people of different ages, at our community centre, with families, older and younger people that have diverse needs. Most of our staff are bi or multi-lingual, and have arrived in Australia as adults or are children of migrants. We are looking for a Bilingual Italian-English Administrative Support Officer who would like to work in our Head Office in Bossley Park, providing support to the administration of the organisation. The key responsibilities of this duty include providing specific administrative support to staff and general support to other office staff, attending to, and/or arranging the following:
