Hiring a space for a meeting, AGM or a members’ gathering:

Centro Italia is located at 1 Coolatai Crescent, Bossley Park NSW 2176. It houses the Head Office of CNA Multicultural Services Inc. and is used as a multi-purpose facility to deliver a range of community services and programs.
The Board of CNA has made available two spaces for short-term access hire to not-for-profit associations and community groups at a subsidised fee:
- The Dante Room sits up to 12 people.
- The Community Garden Marquee sits up to 60 people.
Both spaces are equipped with air conditioning and lighting ensure a comfortable atmosphere. The venue has male, female and disabled toilet facilities.


Centro Italia is also equipped with an outdoor BBQ, gas burners and oven, microwave, fridge, warmers, coffee cart, cooking or eating utensils to serve up to 60 people. CNA also offers tables and chairs.
How to Hire:

- If you wish to proceed with a booking, please download the Venue Hire Application Form and return it via email to administration@cnansw.org.au
- Pay your Deposit and bond
- Approval is provided by the CNA
- You will receive a Confirmation of Booking
Conditions of Hire:
If the hirer is hiring any of the two venue on behalf of a registered or incorporated organisation, they must possess and provide a copy of their Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance. A minimum coverage amount of $20 million is required and an active ABN and/or ACN number.
Associations and groups without incorporations will hire the venues in the name of at least one of their legal representatives, who will be responsible for abiding by the terms and conditions. In any case, each hirer must provide at least one contact with a mobile phone and email address for communication purposes.
The hirer must disclose the intended use of the hall, including the nature of the function. CNA have the authority to deny access to a hirer where the activity is considered inappropriate for the venue.

Unless stated otherwise, fee is per hour, minimum booking is one hour and a standard cancellation policy applies.
Use of premises:
All areas used are required to be cleaned at the hirer’s expense. The Community Garden Marquee will be available for a couple of hours at no extra charge on the afternoon before the event and the morning after for the purpose of setting up and cleaning up. A cleaning fee will be charged by CNA at cost if a hirer does not comply with the conditions of hire in respect to leaving the premises in a clean and tidy state.
Cancellation:
If a confirmed booking is cancelled by the hirer more than 2 weeks prior to the event date, a penalty of 50% of the hire fee applies. If a confirmed booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event date, a penalty of 100% will be incurred. All cancellations are to be confirmed in writing to administration@cnansw.org.au as soon as possible.
